Game 10 - RMU Stands Alone

Robert Montgomery U claimed the Super 6 regular season championship outright with a 63-47 win over GLC in Game 10 - (2/10-2/15). Kevin Coble had 23 points in the win, which combined with SBU's loss to OWW, gave the Knights sole possession of the hardware. It's RMU's second straight regular season title, third in the last 6 seasons (not counting the '03/'04 redshirt season), and fourth championship overall. The Knights also won the '08/'09 team scoring title with 691 points, led by Super 6 Scoring Champ Manny Harris. It was an impressive run for Coach Mockler's crew, winners of 19 of their last 20 regular season games dating back to last season. RMU's next challenge is to win the Super 6 Tournament, which they've never done ... UNC's win over Hershey helped the Doves earn the #3 seed in the Super 6 Tournament.
