Game 3 - Deja Wow-wow New Year

It's a brand new year, a brand new season, but the same old brand of Oskee Wow-wow dominance. Alando Tucker topped all scorers with 25 points and Terence Dials added 24 to help the defending champs run their record to 3-0 with a 96-70 win over Nelson Christian in Game 3 (12/30-1/1). OWW heads to Hershey this week to kick the Red Storm while they're down. UNC fell to 1-2 despite a disciplined performance by Moe Hargrow (23 points), and Shannon Brown had 21 points to hold onto the individual scoring lead ... Robert Vaden scored 22 for the second straight game as Robert Montgomery U posted its second straight win, 66-49 over Superior Baptist. Vaden has quietly put up great numbers and actually is ahead of RMU teammate Marco Killingsworth on the Super 6 Scoring List. Adam Haluska added 17 for the Knights. SBU highlights included Mo Ager's 25 points and 14 from consistent frosh Jamelle Cornley ... Great Lakes Christian rode a balanced attack to beat Hershey, 78-62. Lester Abram had 19 points to lead all five Crusader starters in double figures. Courtney Sims paced UH with 22 points, and Jeff Horner scored 17 in his season debut.
